Absolutely. Every recipe defaults to private. You can make individual recipes public whenever you choose — perfect for sharing your favourites with friends or the community.

If you find a public recipe you love, you can fork it — create a personal copy in your own collection. Then tweak the ingredients or steps to make it your own, just like forking a repository.

Yes. DishMemory is a fully responsive web app that works great on phones and tablets. We are also working on native app experiences.

Cook Mode is a distraction-free, full-screen view designed for use in the kitchen. It keeps your screen on, shows one step at a time, and lets you set per-step timers. Perfect when your hands are covered in flour.

Video import is coming soon! You'll be able to paste a cooking video URL and our AI will extract the recipe automatically.

We take data security seriously. Your recipes are stored securely and we never share your private content. You can delete your account and all data at any time from your profile settings.
